These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Nexsu's website and workspace (the "Service"). By using Nexsu, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and access
The Service is for business and professional networking. Access may be invite-only or otherwise limited during early releases. You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
Organizations and roles
Users participate through organizations. Leaders manage workspaces, invitations, and public network identity. Members participate under their organization's policies.
Only leaders of an existing organization may create a new organization on the network unless we enable separate leader authorization. Members who need a new group must obtain approval from their organization's leader.
Your content and visibility
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Nexsu a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the Service — including public profile fields you choose to expose and seeking entries according to your visibility settings.
You are responsible for what you post and for ensuring you have the right to share it. Do not submit unlawful, misleading, or confidential third-party information without permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate laws or others' rights
- Harass, spam, or scrape the Service
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or data
- Interfere with security or infrastructure
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that risks users, the platform, or our partners.
Exclusivity booking, fees, and refunds
During early access, an exclusivity booking is a one-time fee (currently $99) to reserve one profession seat in a market group. Membership fees are separate and begin when your group goes live, as described at purchase.
Founding membership rates For the first groups in each market, membership is currently $299 per year or $29 per month once your group is live. These founding rates apply only to early groups; we may change pricing for later groups. You choose annual or monthly billing when your group opens. An exclusivity booking is required before membership billing starts.
90-day placement refund If you pay for an exclusivity booking and your reserved market group does not become an active Nexsu group within ninety (90) calendar days from the date we receive your payment, you may request a full refund of that exclusivity booking fee. An active group requires at least ten (10) members with accepted exclusivity bookings in that group.
How to request a refund Email connect@nexsu.co from the address used at payment. Include your full name, profession, market or country, and payment date. We will confirm whether your group reached active status (at least ten members) within the 90-day window.
Processing Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within fourteen (14) business days.
Not eligible No refund if (a) your reserved market group became active (at least ten members) within ninety (90) calendar days of your payment and you were given onboarding access; (b) you withdraw after your group went active; (c) your application was rejected or your profession slot was unavailable when you paid; (d) you breach these Terms; or (e) you file a chargeback without contacting us first at connect@nexsu.co.
"Active group" means a Nexsu business networking group in your market with at least ten (10) members who hold accepted exclusivity bookings in that group, and where you hold your reserved profession seat with onboarding access we provide.
